“us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our services.
Important Notice Regarding Similar Apps:
This policy applies only to applications developed by Chronospace Sp. z o.o. It does not apply
to third-party applications with similar names, such as “Chronos” (smartwatch/fitness apps),
“ChronoSphere” (watch faces), or “War in the Skies” (arcade shooters), which are not
associated with our studio.

Note on Co-Published Titles:
For titles such as Cyphers Game (Gra Szyfrów) and Aviators (Lotnicy), which are
co-developed or published in partnership with the Institute of National Remembrance (IPN),
Chronospace acts as the controller for technical gameplay data and app performance.
Educational initiatives or contests related to these titles may be subject to additional privacy
notices provided by the IPN.
3. Information We Collect
We adhere to the principle of Data Minimization. We do not collect your name, email
address, phone number, or physical address unless you voluntarily provide it to us (e.g., by
contacting customer support).
3.1. Technical Data (Collected Automatically)
To ensure our Apps function correctly on your specific device, we use the Unity Game
Engine, which may automatically collect certain pseudonymized technical data:
- Device Information: Device model (e.g., iPhone 15, Samsung Galaxy), operating system
version, CPU/GPU specifications, and system language. - Identifiers: A unique installation identifier (UUID) generated when you first install the
App. This allows us to track game progress and save files locally. - Gameplay Analytics: Aggregated data on how the game is played (e.g., levels
completed, session duration, crash reports). This helps us balance difficulty and fix
bugs. - IP Address: Used solely for coarse geolocation (country/region) to determine the
appropriate language settings and server connection.
3.2. VR and AR Specific Data
- Movement Data: Our Apps process data from your device’s gyroscope, accelerometer,
and camera to render the 3D environment. This data is processed locally on your device
in real-time and is not recorded, stored on our servers, or transmitted to third parties.
4. How We Use Your Data
We use the collected information for the following purposes:
- App Functionality: To deliver the game experience, render graphics, and manage save
states. - Quality Assurance: To identify and fix software crashes and glitches (e.g., detecting if a
specific level freezes on a certain Android version). - Analytics: To understand user engagement and improve our educational content (e.g.,
analyzing which puzzles are too difficult). - Legal Compliance: To comply with applicable laws and regulations.
5. Third-Party Services
We do not sell your personal data. We share technical data with trusted third-party service
providers who assist us in operating our Apps:
| Partner | Role | Privacy Policy |
|---|---|---|
| Unity Technologies | Game Engine & Analytics Provider | Unity Privacy Policy |
| Apple (App Store) | App Distribution & Payments | Apple Privacy Policy |
| Google (Play Store) | App Distribution & Payments | Google Privacy Policy |
| Valve (Steam) | PC/VR Distribution | (https://store.steampowered.com/privacy_agreement/) |
6. Children’s Privacy
- Compliance: We comply with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA)
and GDPR-K. - No Behavioral Tracking: For Apps directed at children, we configure our third-party
services (such as Unity Analytics) to disable behavioral tracking and targeted advertising. - Data Limitation: Collection is limited to internal operations (support and technical
functionality) as strictly permitted under child safety regulations.
7. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction (EU GDPR, California CCPA), you have the right to:
- Access the data we hold about you.
- Request Deletion of your data.
- Object to the processing of your data.
To exercise these rights, please contact us at info@chronospace.com. Please note that since
we do not require user accounts, we may need you to provide your specific Device ID (found
in the App settings) to locate and delete your technical data.

this page will indicate the latest revision. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
